How AI-assisted analysis is presented to stakeholders matters. Analysts need to:

  • Clearly indicate which components were AI-generated vs. human-validated
  • Flag assumptions and their sensitivity
  • Present appropriate confidence levels rather than false precision
  • Contextualize findings within the broader investment thesis or risk landscape

A senior analyst presenting an AI-assisted DCF doesn't just share the number. They walk stakeholders through the assumptions, highlight where they agree and disagree with the model's choices, and frame the output within their experience.

Why Prompt Training Falls Short
