[ Where we started ]

From AI education to enterprise AI transformation

Our founding team built AI Camp starting in 2021. Over four years, we ran programs that taught 10,000 students, from middle school through college, how to build real products with AI. We raised and distributed millions of dollars in scholarships to students whose families couldn’t pay tuition. Three things we learned shape everything Headways does.

Learn by doing.

Every successful cohort shipped a product. The ones that didn’t fizzled. This is why Headways’ core loop is guided workflows that produce actual deliverables.

Judgment transfers through mentorship.

The best instructors made their thinking visible as they worked. Headways’ champion workflow authoring is the productized version of that.

Adoption is its own discipline.

Even with great curriculum and great mentors, students didn’t learn unless we built the social fabric: peer demos, recognition, low-friction first attempts.
