From teaching students to transforming enterprises

Headways started in education. We taught over 10,000 students to build with AI, not just use it. We learned that the difference between someone who uses AI and someone who is genuinely capable with it comes down to four things: delegation, description, discernment, and diligence. We call this 4D Fluency.

When enterprises started asking how to build this capability at scale, we realized the answer was not another LMS or another training deck. It was a platform that measures fluency, captures best practices from champions, distributes them as guided workflows, and nudges adoption over time. That is what Headways does.

We are building the operating system for AI transformation: the infrastructure that turns pockets of individual experimentation into organization-wide capability.
